Helios Panoptes – the all-seeing sun
Helios the sun god is the Greek equivalent of the Roman Apollo – or Sol Invictus. He was sometimes referred to as Helios Panoptes, the all-seeing. I wonder whether there is a connection with the all-seeing eye, the one in the triangle. Here is a good modern depiction of Helios in his chariot:

This is the Baroque door sign for the House of the Black Sun in the Old Town:  “The House of the Black Sun was built originally in the Gothic style in the 13th century, and it was expanded in the 14th century. Black sun in a castle with a connection to Mussolini
The mosaic 12-spoke sunwheel at Wewelsburg Castle has been extensively written about and the pattern used as a black sun in many images. It is actually dark green, not black: “The Black Sun is one of the most important symbols in Esoteric National Socialism. Sol Invictus and Linz
In AD 311, a new mithraeum was constructed in Lentia in Noricum, now known as Linz in Austria, as part of a revival of the cult of Mithras/Sol Invictus.
Today, the main square, the Hauptplatz, in the town of Linz holds the Holy Trinity column. It is carved in white marble in the Baroque style and was completed in 1723. It may be dedicated to the Holy Trinity, but it has a very familiar symbol at the top:
