If the age of Aquarius/Leo really is upon us, what would we expect to find and where? We might expect to see the new influences in areas such as politics and religion, artworks, music and the media.
Sun worship may be coming back, but maybe it never went away. Sol Invictus, the unconquered sun, has made its presence felt worldwide throughout the ages. The black sun has been around for a long time too.

The Lion and the Unicorn
This is the cover of a comic. Because of the blue and orange and reference to the death of a monarch, it applies to more than one thread. It is very relevant here because of the suns and because the lion represents Leo and the unicorn has been associated with Aquarius. ‘The King is Dead’ in the context of the abolition of the monarchy is an Aquarian concept too.

More background information
Sol Invictus became a topic of interest after a report of the sacrifice of a goat to the wilderness god by US politician Augustus Sol Invictus appeared in the news at a time when goats and Pan were still fresh in mind after the lengthy discussions on the David Icke Forum.
An investigation of Sol Invictus uncovered many associated themes and topics and a very tangled web of connections, not to mention a large number of striking images.
The main high-level themes that emerged are the dawning of the Age of Aquarius/Leo, sun worship and depictions in many forms of the sun, including the black sun, sunflowers, sun wheels and sunbursts, in many places over the ages.

Sol Invictus and a pattern of rejection of Christianity
Creating a separate thread for images that are primarily decorative has helped to highlight the material about Sol Invictus, but there still remains a very tangled web of associations, cross-references and connections that need to be organised into themes and categories. The French rapper Akhenaton (real name Philippe Fragione), member of group IAM and creator of the Sol Invictus album, converted from Roman Catholicism to Islam. IAM was first formed in late 1985 by ‘Akhenaton’ and ‘Khéops’ in Marseille, France. Although Christianity is not involved, the Pharaoh Akhenaten (his name is spelled in many ways) also rejected one religion in favour of another. We have Prince Harry and his Invictus Games, the logo of which is IAM, highlighted in the name to form a triangle. In 2016, these games were held in Disney World, near Orlando, Florida, which is a place of great interest. Leonardo DiCaprio and Louis XIV
Leonardo DiCaprio played the part of Sun King Louis XIV, who was featured playing Apollo in a previous post, in the 1998 film The Man in the Iron Mask. The King is the villain in this film, but he has a good, secret twin brother, also played by DiCaprio. Reverse black sun? His name has some relevant associations: Leo – lion – the sun Capri(corn) – goat – Pan – Saturn As Louis XIV:  Baby Leonardo in 1975, with sunflowers!

Sol Invictus and Napoleon Bonaparte
There are connections between Leo, the sun and some of the great dictators. Look at what we find inside the names Napo leon and Mus solini; Napoleon also contains Apolo, which is near enough. Both men were born under the astrological sign of Leo too. Louis XIV was the Sun King; Napoleon Bonaparte was the Sun Emperor. Napoleon ordered the making of a catalogue of Egyptian antiquities, Description de l’Egypte. It was dedicated to ‘Napoleon le Grand’, inviting comparison with Alexander the Great. He was portrayed on the front of the catalogue as Apollo- Sol Invictus, the Sun god and hero-king. This is the frontispiece; I am not sure whether the same picture was on the cover, but it seems likely. The St. Germain Foundation and I AM
The St. Germain movement in the US is based on the teachings and wisdom of the Comte de Saint Germain, a European adventurer with an interest in science and the arts who lived from 1691 to 1784. The statue of Michael/Lucifer
Is this a statue of Lucifer or of the Archangel Michael? This striking statue is said to be of Lucifer in some places, the Archangel Michael in others. So does it represent good or evil? This seems symbolic of Sol Invictus in a way! I like the Roman-style costume:  Most of the occurrences are on Pinterest, where people just copy each other’s information: “Ukrainian Statue” “ Lucifer, The Fallen Angel, the Bright Morning Star, the Light Bringer” I found this too: “ Archangel Michael in Kiev, Ukraine , not Lucifer. The Archangel Michael is the patron saint of Kiev” So Michael it is, but it is interesting to see so many people assuming it is Lucifer. Wishful thinking perhaps. They were enemies; Michael voted to Remain in Heaven and Lucifer voted to Leave!

When I first saw a picture of the floor plan of Solomon’s Temple, I thought that it looked a bit like a robot man. When I had to research UK Masonic lodges for my work a while back, I found that their numbers were diminishing: there had been many mergers and closures. Italy is different.
