‘Mr Broccoli’ brandishes a banana
A new publicity-seeking character has been appearing at various recent protests in central London. He has even been on TV: “Piers Morgan berated a vegan protester who identifies as 'Mr Broccoli' today after he refused to explain why a plant-based diet would save the planet in a bizarre TV exchange. The man, whose name is believed to be Roland, is a member of Animal Rebellion, a vegan offshoot of the Extinction Rebellion movement that has brought chaos to London and cities around the world with their 'Autumn Uprising' this month. Appearing on Good Morning Britain dressed as the vegetable, he refused to elaborate on why viewers up and down the country should give up meat, and simply said instead: 'I'm just a humble broccoli. I just grow'.“ He was seen at the People’s Vote March today.

Red Dwarf - cult TV series
Recently mentioned in connection with the battle between good and evil and on the Sussex thread. There are 12 series of which most have 6 episodes. Most episodes are online, but boxed sets have extras and better quality pictures. Discussions about which episodes/scenes are best have been going on for decades. “I never watched Red Dwarf” You have never seen Red Dwarf magpiejack? I think it is even better than the IT Crowd. As you liked the pictures of Dwayne Dibley, this short extract from Series III Episode III Polymorph is a good place to start:

Thanks for the Red Dwarf heads-up UnseenI - seeing as I couldn't wait for the long nights of winter for The IT Crowd, I'll give that a go!

The strange world of high fashion
German model Leon Dame got a reaction from even the most sophisticated members of the audience when he did a bizarre runway walk at Paris Fashion week in September. Even Vogue Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour, who has appeared in a few threads, was seen to smile.
I wonder how much this outfit sells for:

A seasonal song from Lord Buckethead
It is a little early for a Christmas song, but it is a good way to welcome Avacyn back! I really like his performance here (He deleted the old video but I was delighted to find a copy):

Just took a closer look at this thread. Very disappointed.
This is a serious forum - most serious indeed! So, to correct the tone, I will leave this video here, to inspure people to get back to talking about proper topics, like Brexit:

“I will leave this video here, to inspire people to get back to talking about proper topics, like Brexit” That is a very good one. At least there is something positive to remember Theresa May for! Here they are together:

What has the EU ever done for us?
We have Samantha Markle to thank for the original Monty Python lead.
Someone has combined Parliament with a good Python scene:

Brexit: let us go!
Some of the words from Queen songs are very relevant now when it comes to Boris and the EU. From Bohemian Rhapsody: “Easy come easy go, will you let me go Bismillah! No we will not let you go, let him go Bismillah! We will not let you go, let him go Bismillah! We will not let you go, let me go Will not let you go, let me go (never) Never, never, never, never, never let me go No, no, no, no, no, no, no” Then there is “ I want to break free!” Red Dwarf says no:

Count Binface’s election broadcast
I much prefer Lord Buckethead. It is a great pity that his Christmas song and Christmas message have been removed from YouTube. They were really good.
I will just have to settle for Count Binface, although he seems second best.
He has made a parody of an interview that Boris Johnson did. BoJo answered stupid questions and made tea in an office.

A song for Uxbridge and South Ruislip
Count Binface will be standing against BoJo in the Uxbridge and South Ruislip constituency tomorrow.
He has made a little song about this:

Great one UnseenI ! Oh, the poop hat and the tongue out - very royal. She has a habit of sticking her tongue out, here are a few more: WARNING FOR THOSE OF A DELICATE CONSTITUTION - third image is a compilation - really gross - do not view on a full stomach! Also contains an image of her sucking her dentures!

More denture suckingJust to gross everyone out a bit more. She reminds me here of Julie Walters as Mrs Overall with that stoop.

Alan B’Stard’s anti-EU speech
From The Irresistible Rise Of Alan B'Stard - Series 4 Episode 6 of TV comedy The New Statesman, as mentioned in the Brexit discussion thread.
B'Stard engineers an election when the prime minister resigns. Both Labour and Conservative are split into two factions: pro-Europe and the Euro-sceptics, the latter led by B'Stard.
This episode dates from 1992, but the speech sounds like something that a fanatical Leaver might say today.
The entire episode can be found on YouTube - it should have a language and content warning - and the speech is also available as a short extract:

Meghan Markle’s mile-long legs
Already mentioned on the Sussex thread but definitely worth highlighting. MEGHAN Markle once told her business adviser she had “legs as long as a mile” and wanted to find jobs that “showcased” her “asset”.
