They have been hacked again yesterday according to Gareth Icke, and versions 1, 2 and 3 of the forum are unavailable.

The third incarnation is up and running. I am not sure how many posts from Version 2 are in it.
As for the original, now legacy, DIF, there is still a chance that it will be back.

The latest from the DIF
There is still no sign of the return of the original forum.
There are now security checks for accessing the latest version of the new forum. Not only do you have to tick the ‘I am human’ box, but there are two pages of images and you have to click on all with a truck in them!
Whose ‘good idea’ was this? Is the forum worth all this trouble?

Still no return of the legacy forum
Just a recent post to say that the original DIF will be 'revived' again at some point. The webmasters are currently working to resolve some technical issues.
At least they have removed the security checks on the current forum.

Is the forum worth all this trouble? No. Must be over 6 years since I was banned from there. How I don't miss the contempt for ordinary people ("stupid sheep!") or the avalanche of shitlib narrative, or reading "you're just falling for the elites' divide and conquer strategy!" every time anyone made an interesting post.  |

The security checks have gone - they may have been a mistake - but there is not much to go to the forum for these days.
The members all seem new - I still sometimes think of the high-class posters and community spirit on the original DIF. There are no signs of that these days.

I was only on the DIF for a few months in early 2014. It was at death's door even back then, with interesting posters outnumbered 10 to 1 by boring drones, so I dread to think what a walking corpse it is now. David has only himself to blame... if he even cares.
(I expect you and I probably posted mainly in completely different parts of the forum and I'm speaking only for the parts I posted in).

I was on the original DIF from January 2013 until a last straw moment in May 2014.
I contributed mainly to the Jimmy Savile and Peaches Geldof threads. Those were the days!
It is all relative. The DIF of 2013 and 2014 is said to be inferior to the forum of previous years, but it is much superior to the current one.
What I want for Christmas is for the original DIF to be restored. I would love to see if there is anything on there about Spring-Heeled Jack!

The DIF of today

They have nothing to offer people who remember the high-quality posts and posters on the old DIF and look for more of the same. I still feel sad about the disappearance of the forum that we knew and contributed to. The new DIF people were saying for a while that this legacy forum would be restored, but nothing has happened and the subject has been dropped. I suspect that the old forum has been deliberately 'lost' because some of the content is now unacceptable by the current 'woke' and PC standards and they are afraid of being de-platformed – Icke was banned from several social media sites for some of his posts.

DIF update: their survival is on the line
Avacyn and Tsar things are not looking good for the DIF. After forgetting its existence for a long time, I made a quick visit yesterday and found this statement from September: “The forum is in a very difficult situation currently and may end up being shut down. In order to try and prevent this the forum rules will now need to be strictly enforced and will apply to posts already made. Because of this there will be some of your posts removed from the forum. I know that you will not 'like' this, but the choice is simple, the posts go, or the forum does! Please consider before making new posts on the forum about the 'way' you present information else the post will not last long before it is removed and will entail moderation of your account. Sorry that it has to be this way, but I know that you have the intelligence to comprehend why. “ This is very recent: “If we can't find some more moderators, the Forum is not in a good state. It doesn't matter if you only have 5-10 minutes a day. Most tasks are really simple once you know how. If you only approve post from new members and keep an eye out for bad posts it would be enough. Please anyone remotely interested contact me by pm's” They never did restore the old forum that we posted on.
