Just been getting word that Queen Elizabeth has died, and has been confirmed by the BBC.
I expect that this is going of have some major implications, beyond that of continuance of British Governance.I think we all know what the whole family is like, and she was no exception.
It will be interesting to see how this all unfolds.

I think there is lot of moving parts to this, and we need to keep an eye on this, I guess, to see what unfolds. Interesting this happened a couple of day after it going from Boris to Truss. I wonder if it was all done, to ensure the annointed - sorry, elected - leader was put in place? Many of the others have moved up in rank and changed their titles. I will have a look at the Monarchy board and see what is best to do. It is confusing as the Cambridges are now the Cornwalls and the Cornwalls are now the King and his consort!

The timing is very eerie indeed. Two days after swearing in Prime Minister Truss.
96 years old 8/9/2022 6 o'clock news
The numbers do seem very coded - many reports of the Queen being dead a while ago but it's a very mysterious and murky affair.
This will certainly have large ramifications across the world as Carolus Rex III ascends the throne.

The timing seems rather strange to me too. A male PM has been replaced by a female one called Liz. A female monarch called Liz has been replaced by a male one. It will take a while to see what effects it all has. |
