It's just been reported in the DM that Trump has stormed out of the NATO summit that is being held in Hertfordshire. It states that after today's meetings, he will be heading straight back to Washington. www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7755507/Hes-two-faced-Donald-Trump-body-slams-Justin-Trudeau.htmlApparently Justin Trudeau was recorded by a hot mic making fun of Trump for being late at the reception. Things don't seem to have gone well, even before it started - Macron clashed with him over the US imposing tariffs on French exports, and Trump retorted with the state of France with its domestic problems and faltering economy (fair comment, France is in an absolute mess right now). He has also criticised the level of financial contribution to NATO from European countries, especially Germany. Could this herald an era of isolation from Europe by the US?

Melania's NATO outfitFashionistas are cooing over Melania's yellow and purple outfit on her arrival at the NATO summit, but to me it looks like an outfit from a 1950s sci-fi movie. The yellow cape reminds me of a banana - could this be a nod to someone who has caught our attention a great deal over the past couple of years?

NATO and Melania
It seems like childish behaviour on the part of all parties involved in this incident.
As for the yellow outfit, I thought it was very strange if not hideous when I first saw it. It could very well be some kind of message or reference to bananas.

I can't make out what the woman in navy behind the Queen is carrying. Is it a handbag, or is there a NATO Secret Santa?
Just imagine, a NATO Secret Santa... Macron drawing Trump, or Merkel drawing Orban!

Perhaps Donald Trump is feeling under pressure because he is facing impeachment.
There is much speculation about his mental health.

Perhaps Donald Trump is feeling under pressure because he is facing impeachment. There is much speculation about his mental health. I remember watching his victory speech, it struck me that only two people looked happy amongst his family and they weren't Donald and Melania. Take a look and see if you can suss out who they are, two people who stood to gain a lot. After seeing that I thought that the rumours may have been true in that it was a deal that Hillary would get elected on the 'anyone but Trump' premise, but she was then clearly ill. Maybe he never wanted to be president in the first place and is now tired of it all.

Or maybe he liked the idea of all the power and attention at first, then realised what he had got into and that he would have to compromise.
I agree about Melania. She seems like a hostage to me.
